arthritis pain? Has anyone tried alternative remedies for arthritis pain? I've tried Glucosamine, over the counter and prescription drugs and nothing seems to help

What is the best remedy for arthritis pain in the knee? Does it really normally come and go? I can't determine which of what I'm doing makes the pain go away for days after it attacks for few days. I do therapy but it recurred. I put warm bag/warm compress on my lower back now and I use some natural therapy cream made of ginger, virgin coconut oil and peppermint which seems to have stopped the pain so far. I don't know if it's just the nature of arthritis that it stops then recurs at any given time and I don't know anymore whether what i'm doing now is the one that makes the pain stop.

Can rheumatoid arthritis pain follow my menstrual cycle? I have rheumatoid arthritis and celiac disease. I've noticed the joint pain is so much worse right before my menstrual cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? I assume it's from the changing hormone levels. I have little to no pain during the rest of the month. My doctor says there should be no relation, but it occurs every month like clockwork. He's referring me to a rheumatologist, but I still think there is a link here.

Anyone have help with severe arthritis pain? My husband has been diagnosed with psoriactic arthritis, which means he has psoriasis in his joints and the pain is unbelievable in his feet, ankles and wrists and hands.
