Joint Pain

What Does It Mean: Extream Hip Joint Pain Due To Sitting Criss-Cross?

What does it mean when I can lolonger sit criss-cross due to extream hip joint pain after only a few moments? Note: This also effects many other activities I do as well. And this might also be because my back has been out of alignment for the past 6 months, and within the four have my hips experienced such pain.

  1. you don't know if you can sit cross legged? It means your hip hurts really badly after you sit with your legs crossed.
  2. it means you probably shouldnt sit criss cross (that is, unless you enjoy pain)
  3. I've had some severe hip joint pain, but that was an inflamed ligament....
  4. That means you can't sit cross-legged because you're already experiencing extreme hip joint pain. I always sit cross-legged too. And in recent years, i've experienced severe lower back pain and i was told not to sit cross-legged. My backbone is also crooked due to sitting cross-legged and also my bad posture. (just so you know) hope i helped. :)
  5. sometimes crossing your legs can cause your hips to dislocate and cause pain. Have you seen a doctor. have you had a recent injury. Do you have arthritis? Seek an exam from a doctor and maybe get some PT. When your back in out of alignment it can cause more stress and discomfort on other joints and muscles in your body. Go for a physical and avoid crossing your legs when sitting till you get to root of problem
  6. have u just had a kid or aborted.....Dr
  7. It's your body's way of telling you don't do this because I don't like it since there is something out of whack.
