1. hi, diabetes can cause u to have a heart attack & also lose your limbs if u don't take care of it. so u need to get a diabetic diet from a nutritionist so u don't have to worry about these kind of things. good luck dear. bb p.s if u have chest pain go to the hospital right away.

3. Yes. It can cause heart attacks, permanent heart damage, cancer, loss of limbs. loss of eyesight. It affects the kidney, liver, pancreas and numbness in the face, hands and the feet. I kow u didn't ask for all of this, but this is a disease u should take very seriously and evrybody reading this.
