- Hi! You are looking at Nettles, lots of antioxidants (Vitamins C, E, etc.) and Flax Seed oil. You can find all of these at any health food store. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Have a great day!
- number one food is Jello. the gelatine is the best repair for arthritic pain and helps revunate the ligaments.
- I can tell you what to avoid. Red meat. Anything on four legs. Alcohol. Too much sugar - cakes/cookies/sweets/ice cream/fizzy drinks. Removing these things from ones diet has helped my friend a great deal.
- this isnt really a food, but glucosamine chondriton is a supplement in form of a pill which is supposed to be good for arthiritis.
- milk,cheese,green leafy items
- My mom normally changes her diet drastically when she has an arthritic episode. I know that she avoids beer, white grains (bread, rice, sugar), and she switches to dark breads, plenty of fruits - although some are better than others. She uses a guide in the book, 'Prescription for Nutritional Healing' to find the recommended vitamins and dietary changes. I also use that book to help with a variety of different conditions. Good luck to you!
- My Mon always asking for coconut water, and dairy products, I like the smell of cinnamon so I suggest that too,
- well, you should avoid eating RICE. don know anything else
- Anything with bioflavanoids.
- BS"D you want to look for a natural anti-inflammatory. ginger, peppermint are two good ones. can even buy ground ginger and bathe in it. but check with your doctor - ginger is strong stuff - you have to know quantities, how long to bathe etc. (not that your doctor will have a clue actually). i would google: contraindications of ginger
- TUMERIC helps ease arthritis pain. My mom told my grandmother to try tumeric for her arthritis pain--and she said it has helped. You can buy Tumeric from Puritans Pride--which is a great herbal store...Also, Vitamin E is very good for helping with arthrits..
- This might help, at least asian believe in it:
