Suggestions for arthritis pain in pregnancy?

I am 11 wks pregnant and having a ton of joint pain. The dr says there is something there although right now he's named a few things off with no answer till I see the rhumatologist. They all include joint pain such as athritis. Does anyone have suggestions on how to control the pain when you can only take Tylenol.

1. I have arthritis in my knee but it's mild enough that I can just ice it once in a while and take Tylenol if I'm going to do a lot of walking. There are probably prescription meds you can take, best to just use Tylenol until you speak with the rheumatologist.
