what have you found that works to reduce rheumatoid arthritis pain?
They haven't said it's rheumatoid having lots of tests done but it came so all of a sudden that it's suspected. I'm currently on celebrex 200mg twice a day but it's not working neither did naproxen was wondering if any one out there had used celebrex but found something that was better and stopping the pain. tried ibuprofen and it didn't work within safe levels tried 1800mg a day

- Advil try o don't have changes on temperature like hot and cold water that make my hands hurt horrible
- Don't eat sugar (use stevia instead) or flour or white rice. Eat fruit, veggies, and lots of NUTS. Give it two weeks and see if you feel better.....oh and drink green tea and very little coffee. Have acupuncture treatments twice a week for two weeks and you should feel much better.... if not, I'm wrong but no harm done.
- http://www.webmd.com/rheumatoid-arthritis/guide/rheumatoid-patient-day-in-the-life This is a link I found on WebMD that has an article this lady wrote about her experience with RA. My sister was diagnosed with RA when she was 27. She's 43 now. What helps her, not only the anti-inflammetory medicines, but her keeping her body "MOVING". She said that she doesn't want the RA to take control over her and it will if she allows it by not moving around and exercising. So, she's delt with it a long time. It's a hard life having RA. I wish the best for you.
- I am taking a low dose of Methotrexate which is hard on the liver. I have also tryed Humira. But I really don't understand TNF blockers well enough yet. Humira is a shot you give yourself at home.

Including Cod liver oil in the diet is beneficial and relieving stiffness and pain, and reversing the joint cartilage destruction. Another nutritional boost is to make smoothies using two bananas, a cup of blue berries and mango chunks and add a tablespoon of coconut oil and one or two leaves of kale as a high nutritional boost.
