How do I know whether it is arthritis,the pain in left knee?

The pain in left knee,inner side,is sharp at times and mostly occurs after rligrous treadmill walking gor 45 minutes,but such pain on right knee.Is it artharilties.How to find which type,am taking combiflam,but it comes back,not so severe but gets after my rigrous work out on tread Mill.

1. sounds like bursitis...(fluid behind your kneecap {patella}) try an ace bandage....found at your local drug store
