Has anyone tried Limbrel for arthritis pain?
I would like to know if it really helps & if there are any side effects.

- No, I have never tried LImbrel for my arthritis but I do have the link to a site that may help you find more information and experiences. The link is at: http://www.WebMD.com (there are messageboards on the site as well)
- I haven't tried Limbrel too. But what I know about arthritis pain after reading Dr. David Williams', The 50 Dumbest & Deadliest Medical Myths in Your Mailbox, arthritis has something to do with your synovial fluid. The synovial membrane lines the joint and produces synovial fluid that lubricates the joints. As we grow older the synovial fluid supply runs low. The cartilage gets starved and dry --- then our bones rub together without a cushion. The synovial fluid needs to be restocked with the main ingredient --- hyaluronic acid. When the synovial fluid gets restocked, the cartilage gets moistened, springy and gains flexibility. You could swallow barrels of supplements, but they’ll never reach your cartilage — because cartilage has no blood supply. It get’s everything from your synovial fluid.
