Does anyone know some good physical exercises for arthritis pain control?
It's in my lower spine. The pain shoots down my legs as sciatica. And I'm SICK of being disabled because of it. By the way, I've been to a doctor more than once. All they do is take x-rays and tell me nothing's broken. I'm already under the care of a chiropractor, but I'm finding some exercise helps a lot. What are the most effective ones?

- Exercise may not be the answer, Love. Possible are a matter of tension, or vague injury within tissue which have caused such discomfort. My suggestion, whether you intend exercise or emotional effort, that you embrace your intrinsic sense of feminine psography, that part of a woman's mind which more accurately perceives form, appearance, sweetness, yet also acknowledges what are crude or of detriment sometimes. Do you have children? If so, you know it are more than mere intuition whereas you might perceive something are wrong at any given time. Then again, women that never become mothers, or who are incapable, possess related intellectual properties. Such are one of many female attributes. From an emotional approach, you might use your female wit to envision a healing in that region until such become a reality, e.g. psychogenic inducement resulting into actual physical salubrity. I'm no expert at exercise, but I would think perhaps those easier movements when laying back might be helpful, e.g. not harsh exercise, but simple movements. Otherwise, envision that which are warm, comforting, sweet, or satisfying to you, at least permit yourself to ponder the same as if a mental exercise.
- Water exercises.
