Joint Pain

How do I ease muscle pain from repetitive work?

I'm 17, and I work as a Wal-Mart cashier (24 hours a week) and I go to school full time. I recently developed tennis elbow, and have muscle pain in my shoulders, upper, and lower back. What can I do to ease the tension on these muscles? I thought about a better mattress (I sleep on a futon), but I'm not sure what the best solution is. I have good posture, it's just that carrying a heavy backpack and scanning/bagging hundreds of items a day is taking a toll on my back. Suggestions?

If you haven't started doing a few ball job or core guidance yourself, I would absolutely advise you to look into it. you can look for answer at backpainhurt.blogspot.com
  2. I agree that exercise will help this from re-occurring, but there is a product that will help with pain relief. It's called Bio Freeze (http://www.biofreeze.com/). It was recommended to me by a massage therapist for muscle pain. A little goes a VERY LONG way.
  3. I have a product that is guaranteed to alleviate any body pain immediately, or your money back. It is called ExtRemedy and it gets rid of pain safely, using nature. Please check out the website at www.ExtRemedy.net. I have done a clinical study and I have thousands of people that attest to the product. If you buy this product and are not satisfied, you get your money back. If you want to get rid of any body pain, try it; you have nothing to lose except the pain.
