How do you get rid of muscle pain?
i was traing for cross-coutnry today. and now i have muscle pains all in my legs, and up to the side of my butt. but i do not want to take any pills. but what are the faster ways? or just simple things that i can do to help?

- Hydrate, it is the build up of lactic acid, that causes muscle pains/cramps....hydration is the best way, when I ran cc over 20 yrs ago, always hydrated after a meet...
