Why dont I feel muscle pain anymore?
I have been lifting for a couple of months. When I bench and do triceps exercises, my chest and triceps would hurt. Now my chest doesn't hurt any more. I've been changing my routine and doing it on different days but theres no change. Also, I try my best to do proper bicep exercises but my bicep never hurts when i work it out. I take pain as a sign of hypertrophy and therefore muscle growth. Can someone explain What is goin on and what I should Do?

- yes you are correct, muscle pain for the next few days after a workout is a good sign. what you need to do is change up your routine. meaning one day do light weight but a lot of reps then on the next workout day do heavy weights with low reps. alternate with both your tris/chest and alternate with your bi's as well. and change what type of exercises you do too...hope that helps
- It's because your muscles are developed. Since they're stronger, they can deal with those weights. Muscles hurt after exercise because they're developing. Since yours have developed enough, they don't cause pain.
