  1. If you are open minded for alternative methods, you could research Reiki. It's helped people with pain. There is also hypnosis which should be able to help. I try to stay away from pharmaceuticals because of the side effects, but there are good herbs.
  2. Reiki is great and you also might try kava which is a natural muscle relaxant and anti-anxiety root. This can probably be found at a health store or GNC and is available as a tea (Nice but not as potent) or a capsule and maybe even a powder that can be mixed with a little juice or water. It relaxes the muscles and nerves without muddying your ability to think.
  3. Yes. A menopausal ex-beautician rubbing crystals over you will help.
  4. It's not a medicine, but new research suggests swimming is quite beneficial...

  6. Hi there, I can totally sympathize with the pain you are in. I have had Fibromyalgia for 8 years. I have tried every pain killer, anti-inflammatory and exercise that there is but the result is always the same, extreme pain. Two months ago I found a product that has changed my life from constant pain to pain FREE. Yes it is hard to believe. This product is 100% natural and produced by our own bodies. Please visit my website to have a look for yourself and please don't hesitate to call me if you have any questions at all. I would love you to be pain free as well. Kind Regards Jenni
  7. I have had some luck with a supplement called d-ribose (corvalen is the brand name I use) it has helped with energy and pain some.
