Ive put some links for you.I know this will sound silly, but diet can help.Spinach is fantastic, and seaweed. They are superfoods. When my partner gets bad joints(he is 35),I feed him loads of spinach. It did help. The seaweed is found in health shops and can be thrown in soups and stews, etc.
  4. Take sun bath continiously
  5. You might try acupuncture. It works on an entirely different principle than western medicine. Try to find one who is certified by some national or international group. You will want to find one who uses Chinese medicine, rather than the symptom-led variety.
  6. Pain relief can be obtained with the help of Hypnotherapy. A hypnotherapist with experience of pain relief from what ever cause can help you with it. They can also teach you techniques were you are able to relieve the pain through self hypnosis if necessary. It is also free from the side effects associated with some medications. Give it a try you only have the pain to lose.
  7. Eat better, regular exercise...etc there's no cure, but there are great remedial tasks that you can perform to lessen the power of it.
