2. The Arthtitis Cure - Jason Theodosakis, discusses this problem and solutions at length. Glucosamine and condroitin, monavie juice, MSM, magnets, Yucca leaves, Alfalfa, and Devil's Claw have all been tried.
3. there is no fit all medicine. some resond well to tylenol, some to motrin some to celebrex some to indocin, some to naprosyn, some to ketorolac. u will only know by trial and eroor. i would start with tylenol as it is relatively safer
4. The goji berry has proven to reduce pain with osteoarthritis.
