Where would I find the actual size of the pain relief market?

I need to forecast and estimate the size of the entire global pain relief market (OTC) for my marketing project. My professor said to go look in NAICS or industry info for it, but everything costs money. Is there any free websites that would provide me this info?

1. go and talk to any pharmacist. but 90 % or the drugs in the US come from india. there they manufacture it for pennies.. thats why walmart can offer 4$ scripts.
2. As you probably know, the pain relief industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Virtually every person on the planet who is susceptible to pain and within driving distance of a pharmacy or grocery store is a potential customer. I am sure you can Google something like this. Try some of the following as your search parameters: "annual sales of over the counter medicine" "world wide sales of over the counter pain relief medicine"
